Yan-Jun Zhao conducted his PhD research in Tsinghua University, where he mainly focused on state manipulation by virtue of the superconducting qubit circuit with broken inversion symmetry. Meanwhile, he also experienced a joint research on superconducting cavities with the Institute of Physics, CAS. Afterwards, he investigated topological physics in cold atoms as a postdoctor in Institute of Physics. Then, he became a teacher in Beijing University of Technology, and he continued the topological research in superconducting quantum circuits. He joined the SQD lab as a visiting academic for further academic improvement.
